Work activities on site this week were limited to some interim electrical work performed by National Grid’s electrician.

The Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) previously installed a temporary utility pole outside of the excavation area.  This pole will temporarily replace the one located within the excavation area once the cables are moved.

The Phase I Remedial Action Work Plan has been finalized, and will soon be added to the project website where it can be viewed at any time.
